If you still experience strange behavior, try to uninstall the McAfee Security Scan Plus application. This can be done from Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. For additional support, contact the developer on the official website.
For the removal of Ice Cyber Virus, you will need to download and install a trial version of HitmanPro, then start the application. This needs to be done on another computer. Insert a USB drive then click the little black running ICON found next to Settings button when you start the application. Let HitmanPro copy all needed files to the USB drive then boot from the USB drive on the infected computer. Once the HitManPro.KickStart appears, perform a scan and delete everything it finds.
Restart the computer and the ransomware virus will be deleted.

Uninstalling McAfee could affect the functionality of other applications. Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
